We're working with Woodhall Planning and Conservation architects to bid for a Heritage Lottery Fund to help preserve the old buildings within The Town Hall, Hebden Bridge.

Architect Helen Walker and conservation architect Susan Amaku have recently visited to photograph and log the work that needs to be carried out in the original council offices.

Woodhall Planning and Conservation specialises in independent consultancy in the historic environment and have worked on historic building surveys and repairs for the National Trust, City Church Leeds and Hinde Street Methodist Church Council among others.

Once Woodhall have identified all the areas that need care and attention they will submit a report which will form the basis for our bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund.  We'll keep you updated with our progress.
