Job Vacancy: Senior Catering Assistant (Maternity Cover): Town Hall, Hebden Bridge / 24 hours per week including evening and weekend work as required.

Salary : £8.85 per hour  

The Town Hall was born with a vision to make it the centre of the town's life: and our Cafe is at the heart of the building open 6 days every week with occasional Sundays when there are major events in the building.

You will be part of our wonderful cafe team who deliver the day-to-day running of the Cafe and dealing with the wide range of meeting and events catering and bars hosted here.  

You will sometimes be the most senior employee on shift when you will take responsibility for opening and closing and cashing-up: at other times you will be working with our Cafe Supervisor or our Lead Cook.

We are looking for someone who is able to undertake chef duties and who can cover evening and weekend shifts

This is a public-facing role so excellent customer service skills are essential.
