Meeting room hire

The Town Hall has a range of function rooms available should a business require a room for a one-off corporate meeting or event.

Rooms can be hired by the hour or day and are available across the year. Find out more about our function rooms here.

Business units

The Town Hall offers flexible, high quality workspace accommodation for over 30 small, growing businesses. Offices are clean and contemporary in design and come in a range of sizes.

Corporate training and away days

The Town Hall offers the ideal ‘getaway’ location for businesses looking to host an event such as an away day or training session.

Set in the beautiful Calder Valley, Hebden Bridge is a lively town with good road links and a direct train line to Leeds and Manchester. The Town Hall lies at the heart of the town – with plenty of parking nearby and a train station just 10 minutes’ walk away.

We can tailor a corporate away-day package for you – using the range of catering suppliers and services available to us.

We can offer:

You might be a home worker wanting access to a professional environment or a small business in need of meeting rooms – either way becoming a business associate has something to offer you.

Becoming a business associate gives you a ready-made network of businesses and access to our active programme of networking events which take place across the year. We have two packages currently available:

Gold Business Assoicate at £50 + VAT per month

  • The Town Hall as your postal and registered address: we handle all your incoming post and give you a pigeon hole for correspondence.
  • Access to our regular business events
  • Super fast, reliable wi-fi over a fibre optic line
  • Secure fob access to the building during office hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm)
  • Reduced cost hire of function rooms
  • Hot-desking lounge
  • Bike lock up
  • Discount for the cafe

 

Silver Business Associate at £27.50 + VAT per month

Our Silver Business Associate package offers incredible value for money and includes all the features above, excluding having The Town Hall as your postal or registered address.

Exhibitions and conferences

The Town Hall, Hebden Bridge offers one of the largest, purpose-built conference venues in the Calder Valley.

With stunning views over the river, The Waterfront Hall is a 135-person capacity, multi-purpose venue with reliable, superfast wi-fi and a built in conference-ready projector and sound system.

Depending on the size and style of your event, we can also give you access to a range of break out spaces, workshop and training rooms.

We offer a per-delegate rate package which includes a full catering service. We can also offer a fully licensed bar. For more information, get in touch.
