Light up a Life: Overgate Hospice - The Waterfront Hall

Saturday 9th December
4.00pm

Join us at the Town Hall to be part of a special service, remembering loved ones at Christmastime.

This year, like every other December, Overgate Hospice will light the magnificent fir tree in the Hospice garden with hundreds of lights shining brightly in memory of so many wonderful people.

Each light on the tree represents the life of someone that has brought so much love and happiness to others. This Christmas, Overgate Hospice invites you to honour the memory of your loved one, by dedicating a light on the tree. Your dedication will pay tribute to your loved ones, whose lives will always be remembered and loved.

Join us at the Town Hall on Saturday 9th September for a special remembrance service from 4pm. To make a dedication, please visit the Overgate Hospice website. You will be sent a special tag and a commemorative card in the post, and you can choose to display your tag in your own meaningful place, or on the tree at the service. Your loved one’s name will be included in the Overgate Book of Memories, which will be on display online from Friday the 8th of December at Overgate Hospice, and at each service.

There is also a service taking place at Overgate Hospice on Sunday 10th December at 4pm.
