REGULAR AND WEEKLY EVENTS

A Chance to Dance: Mondays 10.00am - 12.00pm in the Waterfront Hall.
A fun, relaxed dance session in a safe and welcoming environment, led by community dance facilitator Marguerite. £4 a session, drop-in.

Andy’s Man Club: Mondays 7pm – 9pm in the Terrace Room.
A judgment-free, confidential space where men can be open about the storms in their lives. Free peer-to-peer support for men over 18. Drop-in session. Free tea and coffee. Every Monday except Bank holidays. Contact Andrew.

Hebden Bridge WI: Monday 18th, 7pm for 7.30pm in the Waterfront Hall.
A character-filled, vibrant, and diverse group of women of all ages, sexualities, ethnicities, abilities, and backgrounds. Meetings are usually on the 3rd Monday of the month. Free to members and £5 for guests. Contact Val through Facebook.

Junior Chess Club: Tuesdays 4pm - 5.30pm in the Café
A new group starting from Tuesday 7th March for children interested in learning and playing chess. £5 a session. Contact Hebden Bridge Chess Club.

18th Hebden Bridge Scouts: Tuesdays 6pm – 8pm in the Waterfront Hall.
For boys and girls 10 1/2 -14. Activities are at the Town Hall or outside at Hardcastle Crags. Term-time only. Contact Steve.

Pilates: Wednesdays 1.30pm - 2.30pm in the Waterfront Hall.
Suitable for all abilities (modification to exercises given where required) and beginners are welcome. £7 a session, please pre-book.

Slimming World: Wednesdays from 5.15pm in the Waterfront Hall.
Weekly weigh-in, slimming advice, and group support. £5.95 per week. Wednesday evenings, year-round. Contact Claire.

Lane Shaw Drama Academy: Wednesdays 6pm - 7pm in the Space.
Fun, affordable drama workshop for kids aged 9+, in addition to the regular sessions on Saturdays (see below).

Swing Dance: Wednesdays from 7.15pm in the Waterfront Hall.

Overgate Hospice Hub: Wednesday 6th, 9.30am - 3.30pm in the Terrace Room.
Drop-in session, support for adults with progressive, life-limiting conditions, friends, family members and carers. Regular event on the first Wednesday of every month. See the Overgate website for more details.

Unique Ways Coffee Morning: Wednesday 13th, 10am - 12pm in the Space.
Drop-in session, support for parents of disabled children in the Upper Calder Valley. See the website for more details.

Death, Dying and Bereavement Café: Wednesday 20th, 10am - 12pm in the Huddle.
Drop-in session, community support, and friendly chat (with cake!). Regular meet-up on the third Monday of every month.

Hebden Royd Town Council - Full Council Meeting: Wednesday 13th from 7.30pm in the Council Chamber.

U3A Beginners Modern Greek: Alternate Thursdays 11am - 12pm in the Saltonstall Room.

Oxfam Board Games Café: Sunday 2nd, 1pm - 5pm. FREE (Donations accepted). Come playtest boardgames, browse donations and meet author Jennifer Page. Refreshments are available.

Radical Energy Savings - Retrofit Workshop: Saturday 16th, 10am - 12pm. FREE - TICKETED. HRTC hosts a workshop aimed at making homes energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Creative Writing with Anna Chilvers: Saturday 16th, 10am - 5pm. £25. Anna returns with a morning workshop followed by an afternoon of writing and a read-aloud session.

Hebden Bridge Print Fair: Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th, 11am - 4pm. FREE. Visit 30 stalls across the weekend from printmakers across the valley and beyond!

Oxfam Anti-Fast Fashion Show: Friday 29th, 7pm. £2.50/£5. Promoting sustainable fashion, organised by young volunteers and showing refashioned pre-loved clothes made at local workshops.

Hebden Bridge Clothes Swap: Saturday 30th, 11am - 3pm. FREE (Donations accepted). Refresh your wardrobe! Bring up to 15 items to swap, or pay £2 per item to take away, donated to Healthy Minds.

Lit and Sci - Born in Bradford: Saturday 30th, 7pm. £10. Can a research study change a city? Professor John Wright talks about the impact of this groundbreaking cohort study, following 13,000 families in Bradford.

Coming Home: Saturday 30th and Sunday 1st, 9.30am - 5pm. £220. Trans-led, queer-centric workshop with therapist Daniel Morrison exploring the Automatic Nervous System in a small group setting.
