Light up the Valley presents - “Get your skates on!”

The Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge, in partnership with Hebden Royd Business Forum and Hebden Royd Town Council, brings you free ice skating this February half term in Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge. Get your skates on, and get down to our free synthetic ice skating rink, where you’ll find fun for the whole family.

Free Ice Skating FAQs

  • When is your event taking place? Ice skating is taking place at Hebden Bridge Town Hall outside in the Courtyard on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th Feb 2022 between 10am-5pm.

  • How do I book tickets? Tickets are available to book on the Light Up the Valley website.

  • I don’t have a ticket, can I just turn up? Please speak to a Rotary Club volunteer on the day to see if there are any cancellations.

  • Do I need to bring my own ice skates? No, ice skates with be supplied during your time slot.

  • What size skates are available? Child’s size 9 are the smallest and adult size 13, the largest.

  • What type of ice skating rink is this? The ice skating rink is a synthetic rink.

  • When should I arrive at the ice skating rink? Please arrive around 15 minutes before your booking.

  • Will there be food and drink available? The Town Hall Cafe will be open from 10am - 5pm on Saturday and 11 - 5pm on Sunday.

  • I can no longer attend, what should I do? Please click cancel tickets on your booking email from eventbrite. You can also email info@lutvhx7.co.uk and let us know that you can no longer attend. This will allow us release your tickets for others to book.

  • What happens if the event is cancelled? If the free ice skating events are cancelled you will be notified by email. Emails will be sent to the email address you supplied whilst booking.

  • Is parking available at your events? There is either paid on-street parking near to Hebden Bridge Town Hall or the nearest pay and display car park is at Valley Road.

  • I need to speak to the organiser of this event, how can I do that? Please email info@lutvhx7.co.uk.
