Gentle Sound Bath with Good Vibrations Wellbeing - The Space

Friday 4th November 10am - 11am
£10 per session / pay-as-you-feel
Tickets

Open your heart to a gentle, relaxing and dreamy 60-minute sound bath and guided meditation with Hannah from Good Vibrations Wellbeing.

Hannah says: “Close your eyes, breathe, meditate, let go of what no longer serves you and experience the peaceful power of sound healing at Hebden Bridge Town Hall”

“Feel cocooned in sound and deeply connected as you drift into a place of stillness and meditation. Quieten the busy thinking mind and take time for you as you experience the beautiful, natural and nurturing vibrations of the Crystal Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, the Celtic Harp and softly sung Mantras”

“Sound healing has an abundance of benefits - it clears the mind, creates deep relaxation, helps the body release stress and tension and even aids better sleep. Sound is not only heard through our ears but through every cell in our body.”

PLEASE NOTE: There are two contraindications for Sound Baths: sound-induced epilepsy and anyone who is 12 weeks pregnant and under.

What do I need to bring to the session?
* Yoga mat
* A cosy blanket
* Snuggly socks
* A pillow if you feel you need extra support under your head or knees
* A bottle of water
