We are recruiting for Duty Officer(s) to work for Hebden Bridge Community Association at Hebden Bridge Town Hall.
Hebden Bridge Town Hall is a busy place, and we are looking to recruit one or more Duty Officer on annualised contract(s) for an expected 520 hours pa in total to join our existing post-holder (so, one person for 520 hours pa, or two people for 260 hours each). This is equivalent to 10 or two x 5 hours per week.
Our Duty Officer(s) work outside our “normal” working hours: evenings and weekends. Our “normal” working hours are currently Monday – Friday 8.30am to 4:00pm and Saturdays 8.30am to 3.30pm. We also anticipate that in the future, Duty Officer(s) are likely to work all-day on Saturday or Sunday. In exceptionally busy times we might ask you to work during “normal” working hours as well.
In addition, there will be regular briefing / planning meetings with other staff and training.

The salary for this role is currently £10.20/hr
